TOKYO -- Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Tuesday issued an angry statement saying it would be "absurd" if NATO did not offer Ukraine a timeline for membership at this week's alliance summit in Lithuania.
"It seems there is no readiness neither to invite Ukraine to NATO nor to make it a member of the Alliance," Zelenskyy wrote on Twitter.
