China has unveiled the leadership lineups of several new central agencies, including those tasked with overseeing the country's sprawling financial sector and dealing with public complaints, following a major restructuring of government and Communist Party institutions.

Just last month, reports from business groups revealed that Liu Zhao, a former vice minister of public security, had been appointed head of the discipline inspection group at the Social Work Department of the party's Central Committee, which is responsible for better handling of public complaints.
