BEIJING -- China's ruling Communist Party kicked-off a three-day meeting of its Central Committee, starting Monday, to fill senior posts and plan structural changes to be finalized at a party congress next month.
The third plenary session of the Central Committee, comprising 200 or so top policymakers, is expected to release a communique outlining its decisions on Wednesday.
