NEW DELHI -- As Russia's aggression against Ukraine enters its third year, the depth of the divide between the West and India over Russia policy has become clearer.

This was highlighted at this year's Raisina Dialogue, an annual geopolitical meeting held in New Delhi from Feb. 21 to 23. Ministers, military leaders and policy experts from over 100 countries gathered to discuss global affairs.
