WASHINGTON -- U.S. President Joe Biden moved fast to take advantage of the nascent rapprochement between Japan and South Korea.

He invited Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida and South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol to the Camp David presidential retreat on Friday, in hopes of cementing three-way relations into a rock-solid alliance against North Korea and China.
