SHANGHAI -- Envision Energy and Envision AESC, the two subsidiaries of energy major Envision Group, have together raised over $600 million in a strategic investment.

Primavera Capital, a China-based global private equity investment firm that manages yuan-denominated and U.S. dollar funds, was the sole investor in the round.
