Gaw Capital leads $52m funding for Singapore property portal

Real estate website 99.co looking to expand in Southeast Asia

CEBU, Philippines -- Hong Kong-based real estate equity company Gaw Capital Partners is investing in Singapore-based property website 99.co, DealStreetAsia has learned.

99 Group said in a statement that it has raised $52 million in a Series C funding round, with $37 million completed at the first close and a further $15 million to be raised over the coming months, most of which has already been committed.
