SINGAPORE -- Harvard University's endowment fund is opening a Singapore office to expand its portfolio in the region, according to sources aware of the development.
The U.S. endowment fund reached out to potential candidates to anchor its presence in Singapore and the rest of Southeast Asia, where it intends to conduct more direct investments, DealStreetAsia has learned.
