NEW DELHI -- Indian IPO-bound software-as-a-service platform Netcore Cloud on Thursday announced that it has acquired a majority stake in the U.S.-based product discovery platform Unbxd for $100 million.

With the acquisition of Unbxd, Netcore plans to expand its footprint across the U.S. and developed markets, it said in a blog post.
