JAKARTA -- KarmaClub, a private angel investor network founded by former Gojek executives, has secured $14 million in seed funding from several investors, according to its filings with Singapore's Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).

ACRA filings typically reflect the equity funding secured so far by a company. The round could be larger and have other components, such as debt.
