Indonesian digital wallet LinkAja said to be raising fresh funding

Company also eyeing IPO, sources say; executive stresses positive EBITDA

JAKARTA -- Indonesian digital wallet LinkAja is said to be closing a new funding round this month. Telecom company Telkomsel, some state-owned lenders and a global investor will participate in the new funding, sources familiar with the matter told DealStreetAsia.

The sources, who did not divulge any investor names, said the new funding will extend LinkAja's runway.
