Indonesian raw material startup Bababos secures $3m seed funding

Procurement firm eyes accelerated expansion beyond Greater Jakarta, Surabaya

CEBU, Philippines -- Indonesian raw material procurement startup Bababos has raised $3 million in a seed funding round anchored by East Ventures.

The round, which was completed six months after the startup's pre-seed funding in March 2023, also saw the participation of Patamar Capital and Accion Venture Lab. East Ventures, the Indonesian sector-agnostic venture investor, had also anchored the company's previous round.
