Singapore parenting platform Welovesupermom bags $6m in funding

Company offers price comparisons and hosts parent communities

CHENNAI -- Welovesupermom co-founder Joan Ong on Tuesday said in a LinkedIn post that the Singapore-based startup had raised $6 million in Series A funding from Qualgro Partners and other investors, including AC Ventures.

The parenting platform, which says it has about 20 million users, offers price comparisons on popular brands. It also allows more than 200 brands, including Kimberly-Clark, Procter & Gamble and Philips, to engage with their target audiences and get insights on their products.
