South Korea pizza chain raises $25m for bigger slice of India market

NEW DELHI -- South Korean pizza brand Gopizza said on Monday it has raised $25 million in a Series C funding round as it pushes to expand in India.

Known for its single-serving, fire-baked pizzas, Gopizza said it will use the capital to increase its number of outlets in India to 25 from the current 15 by the end of 2022, while aiming for 100 stores by 2023.
