JAKARTA -- South Korea-based Shinhan Venture Investment is planning to increase its Southeast Asia focus with the $200-million flagship global fund it closed a few months ago, according to a top executive.

The company plans to deploy $100 million worth of equity investments in Southeast Asia in the next year and is comfortable investing in ticket sizes ranging from $1 million to $10 million, JinSoo Lee, head of global investment at Shinhan Venture Investment, told DealStreetAsia.
