JAKARTA -- China's short-form video platform TikTok's 75% stake acquisition of Indonesia-headquartered Tokopedia has prompted adjustments to the latter's investment portfolio that it has built over the years.

Apart from acquiring wedding marketplace Bridestory in 2019, Tokopedia and super app GoTo, of which it is a part, have invested in logistics companies SiCepat Ekspress and Anteraja; agritech company Sayurbox; electronic e-commerce outfit Laku6, second-hand marketplace Carousell, and solar energy startup Xurya.
