Vertex Ventures raises $375m so far for fifth China-focused fund

CEBU, Philippines -- Temasek-backed venture capital company Vertex Ventures China has raised at least $375 million so far for its fifth China-focused fund, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

The filing shows Vertex Ventures China has already secured commitments from at least nine investors for Vertex Ventures China V, which was launched last December. SEC filings typically reflect funds raised from U.S. investors.
