HANOI -- Vietnamese venture capital (VC) firm Touchstone Partners is seeking to raise its second fund to continue betting on Vietnam's burgeoning tech ecosystem, according to its filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

"Touchstone Partners has had preliminary discussions with a wide range of potential investors who like what we have been doing and our approach," Tu Ngo, the firm's general partner, told DealStreetAsia.
