BANGKOK -- Thailand's Bank of Ayudhya will more than double its target for sustainability financing to 250 billion baht ($7.3 billion) by 2030, the lender said Thursday, as the Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group subsidiary promotes sustainable growth among its customers.

"Sustainability is not just an obligation, but a key growth driver," said President Kenichi Yamato, who announced the new goal at an event in Bangkok.
