TOKYO -- Indonesia will finalize a bilateral agreement with Japan aimed at promoting carbon trading between the two nations, the Southeast Asian country's vice minister for the environment told Nikkei Asia during a visit to Tokyo.
"Our target is, by the end of this September, this MRA (mutual recognition agreement) is going to be signed by both countries," said Vice Minister for Environment and Forestry Alue Dohong, who met with his counterpart at Japan's Environment Ministry this week.
