BALI, Indonesia -- Indonesia expects to reach foreign investment agreements for 120 "strategic" water infrastructure projects there this week as world leaders gather in Bali to discuss access to clean water.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the triennial World Water Forum on Monday, President Joko "Jokowi" Widodo urged countries to strengthen their commitments to overcoming global challenges related to water. "Without water, there is no food, there is no peace, there is no life. No water, no life, no growth. Therefore, water must be managed well."
