NEW DELHI -- U.S. President Joe Biden held bilateral talks with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday soon after landing in New Delhi to attend the Group of 20 summit this weekend.

"Our meeting was very productive," Modi posted on X, formerly Twitter, after their discussion behind closed doors. He said he was "happy to have welcomed" the U.S. president to his official residence, where the meeting was held.
