NEW DELHI -- At the Group of 20 Summit this weekend world leaders face the challenge of reaching a detailed agreement on how to deal with climate change, alongside divisions over the Ukraine conflict.

A Japanese Foreign Ministry official said climate and energy are "the most disputed topic besides the Ukraine war" at this year's G20 proceedings. A senior European official also observed that there is a heavy focus on climate at the New Delhi summit but said it was "a difficult question" to address.
