TOKYO -- Many corporate executives have in recent years become conscious of the need to transform their companies, leading to a high demand for coaching, Yoshiyuki Suzuki, CEO of the Japanese coaching company Coach A, told Nikkei Asia.

"Promoting dialogue through coaching energizes an organization and leads to transformation," Suzuki said in an exclusive interview on the sidelines of Nikkei's Global Management Dialogue in Tokyo on Tuesday. "New perspectives are generated when dialogue occurs throughout the organization, including between bosses and subordinates and between departments."
