TOKYO -- Corporate Japan needs to rethink its employment practices to make the most of the nation's talent, Tomoko Namba, founder of mobile gaming and social media company DeNA, said on Wednesday.

"Japan lacks the mobility of human resources and this is why the Japanese economy is falling down for the past 30 years," Namba told Nikkei's Global Management Forum.
