HONG KONG -- Prominent Hong Kong democracy activist Joshua Wong was charged on Friday with another national security offense: conspiring to collude with foreign countries or external elements to endanger national security.

According to a court filing on Friday, Wong allegedly conspired with exiled activist Nathan Law and others between July and November 2020, calling for foreign countries to impose sanctions, blockades, or take other hostile actions against China.
