PHNOM PENH -- Cambodians will head to the polls on Sunday to select representatives for the 125 seats of the lower house of parliament, known as the National Assembly -- the country's seventh since elections were restored by the United Nations in 1993.

This year's election has been widely criticized as being neither free nor fair, with the ruling Cambodian People's Party (CPP) led by longtime Prime Minister Hun Sen expected to sweep the board.
