YAMAGUCHI, Japan -- A regional lender here will try to met the needs of worker-hungry Japanese businesses with job-seeking youths in Indonesia, which has an employment problem among the young.

Saikyo Bank plans to enter partnerships this month with Jakarta-certified staffing agencies OS Selnajaya and World Horenso Indonesia. The lender will also sign an agreement on conflict resolution and other matters with World Horenso and the operator of SMK Mitra Industri, a vocational school.
