TOKYO -- Two-thirds of skilled foreign workers in Japan who left their jobs did so in a year, a private-sector survey shows, with compensation and poor work relationships among the main reasons.

Mynavi Global, a company that provides placement and support services for foreign workers, surveyed 350 people in Japan's specified skilled worker program who quit jobs between July 2023 and June 2024.
