In April 1967, I joined the Ministry of Finance and was assigned to the secretarial division.
My main job was to take care of the ministry staff's overseas business trips. I would obtain approval from officials, up to the ministers themselves, obtain forms and certificates from the accounting section, and attach an official passport from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. I was in charge of all overseas trips for the main ministry, the local finance bureaus and customs officials, including requesting and managing their budgets.
