BANGKOK -- Nestle has decided to close its sole Myanmar factory as turmoil in the Southeast Asian nation persists, though its products will still be available via a distributor.
The Swiss food giant "will cease operations" at its Yangon-area plant and head office, a Nestle spokesperson confirmed via email. Yangon is Myanmar's commercial capital.
