SEOUL -- North Korea created a phishing site that mimics popular South Korean internet portal Naver in an attempt to steal personal information, the South's spy agency announced Wednesday.

The National Intelligence Service urged users to double-check that they are on the official Naver site -- www.naver.com -- and to immediately stop accessing domains that do not match that.
