Pyongyang has become 'much more unpredictable,' senior defense official warns

WASHINGTON -- The U.S. has expressed concern about a new North Korean missile and the potential for a missile launch or nuclear test by Pyongyang on the eve of China's main legislative session.

North Korea unveiled the new missile during a military parade Wednesday. The next day, U.S. State Department spokesman Ned Price condemned the show of force.
