HEFEI, China -- People in China are mourning the death of Li Keqiang, with many laying flowers on Saturday in Hefei, the city where the former premier grew up.
People paid their respects in a downtown neighborhood where Li is said to have lived during his middle school years. Housing for the government entity that his father worked for is located there.
