BEIJING -- Though COVID-19 positivity rates at the Beijing Olympics remain relatively low, unreliable test results and poor conditions at isolation facilities have drawn widespread concern among athletes and staff.

At least 418 people have tested positive since Jan. 23, when more athletes, coaches and other personnel began arriving in China, for a positivity rate of 0.035%.
