TOKYO -- Shohei Ohtani, the two-way superstar, has become the first Japanese player to win the home run crown for either of Major League Baseball's circuits, finishing what could be his last season with the American League's Los Angeles Angels with 44.
Major League Baseball, which also includes the National League, completed its latest season on Sunday, though Ohtani hasn't played since Sept. 3.
