COLOMBO (Reuters) -- Sri Lanka lifted a nationwide curfew for 12 hours on Saturday, further easing tight curbs as new Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe made his first cabinet appointments after clashes between pro- and anti-government groups killed nine people.
