BANGKOK/JAKARTA/KUALA LUMPUR -- When his textile factory in Bandung, West Java, began laying off workers in January, Kurniadi Eka Mulyana became increasingly anxious.
The 26-year-old had started working at the factory two years earlier after losing his job at another textile maker.
