TOKYO -- Founding and leading a startup in India as a woman poses unique challenges, but they are not insurmountable and the process can be rewarding, entrepreneur Kristin Kagetsu told Nikkei's Future of Asia forum on Friday.

Kagetsu is the co-founder and chief executive of Gujarat-based Saathi, which produces and distributes compostable menstrual pads along with knowledge of women's health across India.
