TOKYO -- Japan is focused on 'co-creating' the future with its Asian partners, Prime Minister Fumio Kishida said Thursday, stressing that his country wants to work with other nations to solve social challenges in the region.

Kishida was speaking at a dinner party during the Future of Asia forum organized by Nikkei in Tokyo, days after he chaired the Group of Seven summit in Hiroshima.
