
TOKYO -- Japanese chipmaker Rohm and automaker Suzuki have joined a proposal to take over Toshiba, Nikkei learned on Wednesday.
The proposal, submitted by investment fund Japan Industrial Partners, is now being reviewed by Toshiba.
