NEW YORK -- Donald Trump's second-term cabinet is taking shape, with the U.S. president-elect already having named his picks for every major position on his team of close advisers.

Trump's return to the White House after four years away will make him only the second American president to serve two nonconsecutive terms. But the political landscape has changed vastly from when he was first elected back in 2016.
