As relations with China grow more tense following U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's visit, Taiwan is set to release its general budget for 2023 which will include details of planned defense spending for the next year. The U.S. and South Korea will start their joint annual military drills to get better prepared for any uncertainties in the region.
