TOKYO -- The Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) and the European Space Agency (ESA) are eying potential collaborations in lunar exploration, as well as in other areas, including planetary defense and earth observation, heads of the two space agencies said at an event in Tokyo on Thursday.
