TOKYO -- U.S. space radar startup LeoLabs watches the skies around the clock, adding new satellites to its catalog and calculating their course and risk of collision. It has largely done this on behalf of government agencies, militaries and satellite operators, but as the space industry evolves its new customers include insurance companies and space debris removers.
