TOKYO -- Big Japanese companies with the strength to devote years to development bagged many of the 2015 Nikkei Superior Products and Services Awards. The jury, led by Hiroshi Komiyama, chairman of the Mitsubishi Research Institute, zeroed in on ambitious endeavors, the fusion of information technology and machinery, renewable energy and attention to detail.
