HO CHI MINH CITY -- The Vietnam Motor Show started its five-day run in Ho Chi Minh City on Wednesday with the theme "Technology for a Green Future." Automakers unveiled a lineup of hybrids in a motorbike-based country where an economic slump has hit sales despite a record spike in electric vehicle deliveries.
