TOKYO -- Chinese electric vehicle maker BYD and Japan's Aeon will enter into a sales alliance by the end of this year, Nikkei has learned. With the major retail chain's discounts and incentive programs, consumers will be able to buy an electric car for around 2 million yen ($13,300).
