PALO ALTO, California -- Tesla reported drops in both revenue and operating profit for a second straight quarter on Wednesday, as CEO Elon Musk attempts to revamp the company with the launch of robotaxi services while dealing with a breakdown in his relationship with U.S. President Donald Trump.
