TOKYO -- Marelli Holdings, formerly Calsonic Kansei, on Tuesday will file for an alternative dispute resolution, a type of voluntary debt workout, Nikkei has learned. With debt of around 1 trillion yen ($8.65 billion), the auto parts supplier will ask its lenders for a waiver of hundreds of billions of yen.
